Slick tempo with Fixed Star to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. SANSUISHISAN (3) showed good pace and went on to score dominantly last time out over 1300m at Mizusawa. Will be up on the speed from the low draw. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. SUNRISE TERRACE (10) was in a different class last time with a dominant win over 1300m at Mizusawa, making it two wins in a row. Rates well on recent form and looks a leading player again. FIXED STAR (4) went forward over 1400m at Mizusawa last time but found one better. Winning rider Shinobu Murakami stays aboard. Must be respected. LE BEAU TEMPS (1) started at $5.20 last time on the back of a win at this track two starts ago but was below her best, finishing sixth at Mizusawa. Likely improver with strong prospects.
