Genuine pace with Shiyu Black taking up the running ahead of Balalaika and Matenro Garden. MATENRO GARDEN (9) has strung together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on June 19 over 1700m when he scored by one length. He is in a good space and can complete the hat-trick. PRETTY KISS (2) is a four-start maiden who finished well back last start over 1800m at Tokyo. Fitter for that outing and is a great chance to break her maiden status in an easier lineup. BALALAIKA (5) gave a bold sight at the latest appearance over 1700m at this track but dropped out to finish seventh. Her form prior was good and she is worth another chance. SHIYU BLACK (6) is back after a break of nine weeks and looks very well placed at NAR level. Each way claims fresh up.
