Looks a solid tempo with Speedman finding the front. PARISIAN WALKWAY (1) was thrown in the deep end last time in the Grade 1 Summer Cup and was beaten a long way. Form prior was strong and facing a huge class drop back to this level. Expected to bounce back. SPEEDMAN (4) has started twice to date and both times has wound up strongly to score. Hard to fault and can make it three on end. SOLAR SAIL (3) is another who tackled the Summer Cup last time at the top level and didn't measure up. Freshened for this and gets chance to bounce back many levels easier. DECEPTION PASS (2) is overdue for a win. Has placed 2/5 at course and distance and looks a genuine hope on best form.
