BIG BARRY (2) ran well on debut last start to finish third over 1050m at Rockhampton in a tougher race. Likely improver so a big run is anticipated. BARBARIAN KING (1) is a first-starter by Barbaric out of Aleysa's Queen. Placed in a recent trial and a bold showing is on the cards. ANDERS KISS (7) ran a better race last start at her second trip to the races, finishing third over 850m at Gladstone. Will be better for those hit-outs and is open to further improvement. COAL SEAM (3) is a first-starter by Santos out of Arrow Express. Fitter for a recent trial. Worth watching for a betting move. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Big Barry each-way with race experience on his side.
