Strong tempo with Iklil and Geocentric leading from Culminale and Jun Tsubamegaeshi. DUAL WIELDER (16) returned from a year break over 2000m last start and got the job done by 1.3 lengths at this track. Has raced three times here and has never missed the frame. Rates highly and should go well. CULMINALE (8) is yet to win fresh but was runner-up at last two runs at this level, the latest finishing 1.5 lengths away in second over 2200m at Hanshin on March 2. Should be right in the mix. GEOCENTRIC (5) is having his first run since November 24. Has a strong record when fresh with two wins from two runs, the most recent over 2000m at Niigata at the start of last prep. Capable of playing a major role. JUN TSUBAMEGAESHI (14) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second when resuming last time out over 2400m at this track. Finds a tougher race but another big run will not surprise.
