DINASTA (9) returns after a spell of two months. Opened the last campaign with a win in a 2880m maiden steeplechase at Nakayama by 1.5 lengths, adding to a sound overall first-up record. The one to beat. NARINO MONTAGNE (11) made a winning return from a layoff last time out in a steeplechase (3170m) at this track, partnered by today's jockey Y Igarashi. Has ability and can play a role again. CONTAINER WORLD (1) wasn't far away when fifth 29 days back in a steeplechase (2890m) at Niigata. That result was on the back of a minor placing in a steeplechase (3200m) at Nakayama the run before. Will be tough to beat. PLATINUM LAYER (7) did very little when he finished fifth in a steeplechase (3170m) at this track last time out, following on from a win in a maiden steeplechase (2880m) at Nakayama. Good enough to turn things around.
