Solid tempo likely with Honu and Yuino Sambankan matching motors. RAPIDE (6) turned in a fine effort to win at this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. KITASAN UNISON (8) is a handy seven-year-old entire who returned from a break last start and finished one length away in third over 1600m at this track. Among the leading chances. PINNESIRI (13) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third after being prominent from the outset. Generally takes a sit but the draw makes it tricky. Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. HONU (12) has not won for a long while. Last raced on January 15 when beaten 13 lengths into 12th at this track over 1600m. Best figures measure up nicely. Can do a lot better.
