Pace looks to be genuine with Sir Sublime and Delago Serg matching motors in advance of Zouwase and Menacing Kaiser. STAR BLING (3) has been in work for ages and winning has been hard to come by of late. Decent effort to finish third last start over 2000m at Queanbeyan. Boasts a fine record here at the mile and the blinkers going on might be the jump start she needs at this stage of the campaign. TIMELESS GRACE (4) picked up nicely but just missed in a three-way finish in a similar race to this at Wagga last time. Continues to race well deep into the prep and if she holds her form another top three finish looks likely. On-pacer SHYAMALAN (1) tried hard but found a couple a bit sharper over 1460m at Queanbeyan recently. Looks ready for a first attempt at the mile. ZOUWASE (7) appreciated getting back on a firmer track last start when in the money over this course and distance. Rock hard fit after three runs back and is capable of taking this out. Probably leader DELAGO SERG (6) can run a cheeky race if able to dictate. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Star Bling with the blinkers on.
