YORIKIRI (9) was trapped off the track and liked the way he attacked the line late when a close-up fourth over 2000m at Port Macquarie. Down in the weights and his best figures measure up nicely. DON QUIXOTE (1) country form had been exceptional prior to rising in grade with a fading eleventh over 2300m at Newcastle. Blinkers stay off and will appreciate the 3kg claim.
