A solid tempo on the cards with Not The Chops leading the way. JAPPALOUIS (2) is a huge query first-up for a new stable after a three-year absence. Certainly is trialling well and the claim looks handy. Will need a bit of luck but has struck a very winnable race. BOTTAS (11) is on debut having trialled nicely enough on a couple of occasions recently. Has a favourable draw to show up. THE THIRD WISH (9) is a 19 start maiden but gave a good sight off a wide barrier when fourth at Albury last time. Drawn the inside this time and no surprise if she's harder to catch. EXTRA HANDS (6) is another first starter worth keeping an eye on and SINGLE DATE (14) has a place chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Jappalouis to win. Save on Bottas.
