Solid tempo with Mel's Street Above leading from Material Madam and Rawabi. MASTRETTA (1) resumes and was last seen narrowly beaten in an Open 3. She's trialled sharply and is advantaged by an inside barrier. Has the blinkers on for the first time, and a bold return is anticipated. MATERIAL MADAM (4) resumed further improved, winning a CL1, and that stacks up. She will position on speed from the rail, and Pires stays aboard. GEEGEE STRAWBERRY (6) has been racing well without winning. She will be in the money putting her best foot forward. MEL'S STREET ABOVE (5) led and won her Maiden first up and has plenty of scope for improvement. She trialled sharply twice since, and Darmanin is a key jockey switch. RAWABI (2) led and won his Maiden easily as expected and is sure to build on that. SUGGESTED PLAY: Mastretta appeals.
