Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. ITALIAN GOLD (11) improved sharply on his ninth two starts back at this track with a win over 1800m at Funabashi three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 2.5 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. RIKEA ORANGE (1) made progress last time out, finishing 8 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 2000m at this track. Capable of featuring prominently.
