Expecting a strong tempo, predominantly from North Star, Air Born Lady and Augusta Rosso. NORTH STAR (5) was impressive when winning on debut over 1000m on this course. She was slow into stride, took time to find her feet but drew clear of the opposition with ease. She would have gained from the experience and she should enjoy the rise to 1200m. She looks to have class about her and can remain unbeaten. READY (2) stayed on at the finish in the Listed WSB Dahlia Plate last time. He was an impressive winner of his penultimate run over 1000m on the polytrack. He tries the tongue-tie which may do the trick. Each-way claims. AUGUSTA ROSSO (4) is better than her last start run would suggest. In this line-up is worth another chance. AIR BORN LADY (3) resumes from a spell. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 1200m contest at this track by a nose. Fresh-up is one of the main contenders.
