Moderate tempo with Crown Legend leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. SWEET AS A KISS (9) capped off some improving form with a well-deserved win out of her class at Narromine 2 weeks ago. She revels in wet ground and is good enough to take the next step immediately. CROWN LEGEND (4) did not cope with a heavy track when finishing near the rear in the same race as the top pick. He would prefer some firmer footing, and with conditions to suit, he can bounce back into the money. INSTEAD (5) only weakened late when finishing fourth behind the top pick last time. She hit the front inside the distance that day, and is worth each-way consideration. QUINKY DEEL (2) has raced his way back into form as his fitness levels increase. He will relish having an extra furlong to travel, and his next win is not far away. TWENTY FOUR GUNS (7) failed to fire on a heavy track in the same race as the top pick and will be looking for some better ground this time. Include in all combinations to be safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sweet As A Kiss each-way.
