Genuine tempo from King Of France leading Perfect Ruler. PRINCE OF BONDI (4) has bounced back to form his past couple, just missing at this track and trip two back. He was solid again last start over the mile, but drops back in trip today from a good barrier. Can stalk the speed and land the knockout blow in what looks a winnable race for him. KING OF FRANCE (1) has been gunned down his past couple over shorter trips, going under by a nose here just last week. He has the speed to offset the sticky gate and if he's able to get to the front and dictate, he'll be hard to run down. COUSIN MORTIMER (2) hasn't been far away recently and will find this a little easier than his recent events. Still a maiden after 17 starts, but he's turned in some competitive figures and he won't be far away. PERFECT RULER (3) went close over the mile here last start and can make an impact. LUMINOUS LADY (10) is next best third-up and out in trip. SUGGESTED PLAY: Prince Of Bondi looks the one to beat.
