BEACH GIRL (2) did a great job to score by 5 lengths over this course and distance last time out to continue her outstanding recent form. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. MISATO RED DIA (7) has missed the frame at her last couple of outings, the latest when ninth over 2500m at Nakayama. Expecting a far better run at this level. HOT EMPEROR (5) is yet to break through in 14 runs but has been thereabouts. Placed two back then was fourth over 2000m at this track last time. Should be camped just off the leaders. Has ability and is expected to feature. MAD RUBY (3) was a disappointing eighth in a 2000m contest at this track last time out. Capable enough and looks a top-three chance here.
