The premier hoop stays aboard, and the gelding will take a stack of beating. ROYAL SCENE (6) resumes and commenced her last prep with a 1.5L defeat at Hobart over 1200m. Looks up to the mark following a trial win at Longford and is a solid chance. GLADDING (8) was on pace on debut but didn't finish it off. He was expected to need it despite his easy trial win at Longford prior. Sanderson goes on today and he should be around the mark with the extra fitness. WHEELEWE (7) debuts and just missed the third of her four trials. Has the rail and is worth a look. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hard to go past The Trine.
