KINGMAKER (14) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on 1/06/2025, finishing seventh and beaten 4 lengths over 1800m in stakes class at Kyoto. Comes here with definite claims. VENUS ROSE (6) was resuming from a spell of four months last start when a solid second over this course and distance. Has a high cruising speed. Leading contender. FORTEM (7) finished sixth two runs back at Tokyo then improved last time out to score by 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend over 1500m at this track. Must raise the bar but this looks well within his grasp. AND I LOVE HER (10) is back after a break of three-and-a-half months. Looking to emulate her win at Nakayama when returning from a spell last prep. Can make her presence felt.
