Not much early pace and doubt they will go hard. The maiden stayers kick us off. BRAIN WAVE (5) only went down by a narrow margin at Grafton last time out and looks to be knocking on the door of a maiden victory. Lerena was in the irons for that last-start placing and sticks here. Rates the testing material. The well-related WEEKEND ARTIST (4) (half to G3 winner and G2 placed I'm All The Talk) has placed four of eight around this circuit and gets a stack of weight relief with the 3kg claim. Looms as the only danger. KIRORO PEAK (1) will be rock-hard fit for this and may be able to run into the placings. CHAYSE'N' THE KING (6) has had a few chances but can earn some minor money with the right run. SAVEA (2) next in line by default. SUGGESTED PLAY: Quinella 5,4. |

Expecting Spiethtacular to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint course. SPIETHTACULAR (6) resumes here but the form she showed in her first preparation was more than good enough to be competitive in a race of this nature. Has a win and a second from two spins around this circuit and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Ticks plenty of boxes for a race like this. KING KRYPTOS (4) is a four-time winner here who draws low and gets 3kg off with the claim. Top-three aspirations if he brings his A-game. CHERBOURG (1) saves his best form for this circuit and should be hitting the line with gusto first-up. SPIRIT OF BRODIE (2) strips fitter second-up from the break and shouldn't be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Spiethtacular to win. |

Genuine tempo with Glaciele leading the way. GLACIELE (5) was well in the betting on debut but just ran into a couple better on that occasion. Will have taken benefit from that race day experience and where there's smoke there's fire. Looks the one they all have to run down. HE IS THE KISS (1) has had plenty of chances but has placed seven of 14 over this sprint trip and has also hit the frame on all going. Can play a role in the outcome. ON THE THRONE (7) is facing the starter for the first time but has shown some ability at the trials and won't need to be a superstar to be competitive against this lot. Respect any market moves. The well-related AINSLEY (8) (half to G3 winner and 2xG2 placed Single Bullet) will strip fitter second-up from the break and maps ideally from gate three. In the mix. OKANUI (6) best of the rest with the 3kg claim. SUGGESTED PLAY: Glaciele to break the maiden status. |

Not a great deal of pressure likely in the small field, with Forever Fortune a potential leader. FOREVER FORTUNE (1) didn't measure up in town two back before not being too far away at Lismore last time out. Will be rock-hard fit for this and can make his presence felt. CAIRO QUEEN (7) gets 3kg off from the inside marble and will be cherry-ripe for this fourth-up. Looms as the main danger. THE HOPSTAR (10) will be better for race experience after debuting here a week and a half ago. Can feature with natural improvement. ARTISTIC TOUCH (6) will be rock-hard fit for this after four runs back and may earn some minor money with any luck in running. OHH ERROL (4) next in line from the Bruce stable. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Forever Fortune. |

Genuine pace with Aerial Artist taking up the running ahead of Absolve and Fast Fusion. SO BE INSPIRED (6) just found one better at Ipswich last time out when well in the betting and will be ready to peak now fourth run back from a break. Has placed two of three over this sprint journey and must be respected from the Lees barn. Looks very hard to toss. STARSARISE (4) was a touch disappointing at the latest effort but the form prior was full of merit. Worth another chance with the 3kg claim. I AM VOODOO (1) saves his best form for this course and distance with six wins and nine placings from 20 starts. Has to be included in calculations. FAST FUSION (2) is a two-time winner over this track and trip and is another to get some weight relief. In the mix. NIRVANA THE STORM (5) strips fitter second-up and may trouble the judge. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Trifecta 6,4,1,2. |

Not much early pressure but Watermelon, Neoclassicism and Green Meadows can take up forward spots. WATERMELON (1) goes well for hoop Youngberry who has two wins and a placing from just four steers and again gets the benefit of her 3kg claim. Is a three-time winner over this track and trip and should be going very close again with any luck from the draw. NEOCLASSICISM (4) saves his best form for this poly surface with two wins and ten placings from just 16 attempts. Rates a genuine top-three prospect against this line-up. FRIEND IN NEED (2) has been right there in all four runs this campaign and looks to be building up to another victory. In the mix. TARADALE (6) has gotten better with each run this time in and will be at peak fitness now fourth-up. Capable of a bold showing. VISCOUNT SYDNEY (10) is a last-start winner who may run a race at odds. SUGGESTED PLAY: Boxed Quinella 1,4,2. |

Moderate tempo with Sistine Chapel leading the way and a few others keeping in touch. SISTINE CHAPEL (11) doesn't boast the best strike rate but has hit the top-four in all seven starts this preparation and it's hard to knock mares in form. Gets in well at the weights with the claim and looks well-placed against this line-up. Will prove tough to hold out. CHAYSE 'N' LEISA (3) broke the maiden status over this track and trip last time out and will have derived a stack of confidence from that victory. Can go right on with the job now. BLINDING SPEED (9) boasts a win around this circuit and gets 3kg weight relief. Top-three candidate. MARATHIA (6) is a last-start winner who cannot be discounted lightly. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Sistine Chapel each-way. |
