A strong pace on the cards with La Dorotea, Vidal and Meiner Momentum likely to roll along early. MEINER MOMENTUM (9) is building towards a maiden win after minor placings at his last two runs, the latest when second over 2000m at Nakayama, beaten half a length. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Leading contender. VIDAL (8) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 0.8 lengths away in second over 1800m at Kokura. Improving at each appearance and there is no reason she cannot salute. LA DOROTEA (10) has not raced since her debut back on November 26 when she finished fifth over 1800m at Kyoto. Better for that run and can improve sharply. KURINO MORGANITE (2) could only manage to finish fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, at his latest appearance over 1800m at Nakayama. Should be about the money.
