Expecting a genuine early tempo with Nice Day setting the tone from an outside gate, joined by Sky Rojo who has drawn nicely. B.K. ZENA (5) strode forward early from her wide draw to settle just off the lead last start then lifted to score by a neck at this track over 1200m. Likely to be in the finish again. OCEAN STORM (9) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when fourth over 1200m at this track after she was in the firing line on the corner. Has further improvement to come and is capable of sharp improvement. NICE DAY (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 6 lengths into sixth. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. SKY ROJO (6) scored two back at this track but was below his best last time when eighth over 1400m at this track. Worth another chance.
