Strong early pace with Logi Melior, Ecoro Grazie and Copano Monte Carlo pushing on from their wide draws. LOGI MELIOR (10) showed early speed from an outside draw when resuming last start and raced on the pace before boxing on well to finish second, beaten a nose, over 1500m at this track. Worth noting Soichi Kato goes aboard. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. COSMO COLTRANE (3) was safely held last start when fifth at this track and distance after jumping from a wide gate. Better than last start and well drawn is open to sharp improvement. COPANO MONTE CARLO (11) scored two back here but was below his best last time out when ninth over 1500m at this track. Has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw and is in the mix. ECORO GRAZIE (9) was eighth in a 1500m contest at this track eight days ago. On the quick backup and is capable of featuring prominently.
