The Vandyke-trained SLIPPIN' JIMMY (5) is second-up and before the break led and belted the Sunshine Coast Maidens by 4.5L heavily bet. Resumed there on the heavy and made a place in stronger. Draws to lead or box seat and Wiggins is a key jockey booking. Suited and is sure to take beating. SURREAL ASCOT (9) just missed at Ipswich and has been within range twice at Doomben since. Maps for the run of the race and is capable of winning. KING OF THE JUNGLE (4) peaks and has been racing well. Easier but has to run out a strong 1200m. CRESSBROOK (13) has a wide barrier but will be better second-up and his best efforts would have him around the mark. SUGGESTED PLAY: Slippin' Jimmy appeals.
