SAMMARU EMPIRE (2) did a great job to score by 2 lengths over today's course and distance last time out to continue his outstanding recent form. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is up to the task. EVEN KEEL (1) is a distance specialist who improved sharply on his fifth two starts back with success over 1700m at this track five-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 3 lengths. Going up a level this time but he can go back-to-back. GOLD SNOW (3) did little and finished sixth over 920m at this track last start. Out in trip and nicely placed to feature in the finish. DANCING LOVELY (4) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing eighth. Has a good record at this course and distance, including six wins. Expect a better run this time.
