GOING: G(4)

JRC ELECTRICAL SERVICES 2024 MTC GUINEAS - 3YO BENCHMARK 74 HANDICAP 1600m

Track: GOOD 4   Clouds (Max: 21)   Rail: True.

Hot early pace is on the cards with Wal's Angels and Invincible Spy matching motors. IT'S A WONDER (11) made a mess of her rivals fresh at Newcastle and then managed to make solid inroads late in very testing conditions in G3 company. Expect her to head back from the wide alley and take the strongest strides late. FIDDLERS GREEN (1) drew clear to score with a bit up his sleeve last start at Hawkesbury. Comes through some good form races and carries a fitness edge. Right in this. MICKEY'S MEDAL (5) has hit the line nicely in both runs back. Comes in on the fresh side with 54 days between runs and is another who will be doing his best work late. WAL'S ANGELS (6) is racing in great form and gets a key jockey booking in Berry. Don't underestimate. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing It's A Wonder to win.
