Moderate pace expected with Diva Time taking it up from Rich Champagne. DIVA TIME (6) has performed solidly in her past couple at Bendigo and Mornington. This is not a strong affair and a forward showing is on the cards. RICH CHAMPAGNE (5) just missed at Kyneton two runs back and was far from disgraced when racing out of his grade at Ballarat last time. Is sure to be competitive. AMARETTO SOUR (10) had specking at odds but failed to finish the race off strongly after racing on the speed on debut. Will be improved by the experience and is worth keeping in mind. RIBBLE VALLEY (12) resumes. Finished off last campaign with a third over 1700m at Stony Creek on December 29. Worth keeping a watch on. SUGGESTED PLAY: Back Diva Time to win.
