Pace should be on from the outset with The Shaman, Northernontap and Masterplan going hard, closely attended by Lets Dance Jandy. NORTHERNONTAP (2) led on debut and demolished the Toowoomba Maidens by 5.3L. Was heavily backed there after this grade but didn't finish it off on a heavy surface. Fitter and has a 2kg claim today. A decent chance to bounce. CAN'T GETWHATIWANT (6) also disappointed on the Toowoomba heavy but kicked off his preparation prior with a nice effort at Ipswich. Finds easier and has more to give. LETS DANCE JANDY (3) folded up in the Northernontap race at Toowoomba but threatened the two starts prior. Maps for a soft run and can get back on track. MASTERPLAN (1) has a big weight but is knocking on the door and will make his own luck from an inside barrier. SUGGESTED PLAY: With Northernontap.
