Expecting Seven Summit to lead Mandevilla at just a moderate tempo. YAMANIN LOOP (7) kept coming only to just miss last start over 2000m at this track. Will derive great benefit from recent racing and should be peaking at the third run back. Placed to advantage and can take this out. SEVEN SUMMIT (5) returns after a spell of four-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 1600m at Kyoto. One of the genuine hopes in the race. MANDEVILLA (1) sat on the pace last time and recorded the second minor placing from as many runs this prep, finishing 2.25 lengths back in third over 2000m at this track. Must be respected. DERMA GREMLIN (2) last appeared when he finished sixth over 2000m at Hanshin on March 2. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
