Looks a keen contest with Massilia and Farrokh pressing for the lead with Earth Hour and Combat Grande close at hand. MAKOTO DAITOREN (5) is close to breaking through after finishing second last start over 1000m at Morioka Dirt. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. STARKEY (3) bounced back last start and scored by 4 lengths after being prominent at the bend over 1000m at Morioka Dirt. Likely to be there at the finish again. EARTH HOUR (4) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just eight wins from 92 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1400m at Morioka Dirt, beaten 4.5 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. FARROKH (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 850m at this track, beaten 9 lengths into fourth. Finds a nice race and can atone.
