Strong tempo with Zanzibar, Chester Boy and Major Major leading the way. WAR QUEEN (10) fought on gamely for fourth fresh up, and she has continued to improve with racing, producing consecutive placings, including a solid effort over 1560m at Arawa Park last time out. Craig Grylls returns to the saddle, and despite her wide gate, she can go one better. NANCY SHE WROTE (9) settled near the rear from a tricky draw at Arawa Park before charging home late to finish within 2 lengths of the winner in fourth place over 1560m. She is a query for us racing in a clockwise direction, but she is still an each-way chance. AMIRA D'ARGENTO (8) continued her consistent form with another third placing at Te Rapa over the mile 8 days ago. Matt Cameron replaces an apprentice, and another honest effort is on the cards. ARTAMOS (13) produced an explosive finish from well back to score by nearly 3 lengths over 1400m at Arawa Park last start, and though she has yet to fire in 2 starts racing in this direction, she can upgrade that stat here. ZANZIBAR (6) has top 4 claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: War Queen can win this.
