Expecting Jun Pirka to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. SALIRE CIMA (1) landed his maiden success over this course and distance last time, scoring by 3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Aided by the rails draw and he is likely to feature in the finish again. JUN PIRKA (6) did a great job to score by 7 lengths over this course and distance when resuming from a layoff last start. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. TOP RANKER (5) impressed when successful on debut over 1200m at this track 13 months ago and has not appeared since. Will come on following that run and looks a definite threat. EGALITE ARIEL (9) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when seventh, beaten 5 lengths, at Urawa over 1500m. Nicely placed to bounce back.
