GOING: G(4)

Kiewa Valley Spring Water BM62 Handicap 1300m

Track: GOOD 4   Clear (Max: 22)   Rail: True Entire Circuit.

Off the low draw Imposing Tallulah is likely to find the lead at a slick tempo. AUSSIE ADAPTOR (8) began awkwardly then warmed to the task late to get up for fourth last start over 1200m at Mornington. Drops 3.5kgs in this tougher race. Looking for this trip now so in an even contest he looks a genuine hope. NEEDAWINNA (9) went to Canberra last time out and ran her usual honest race, beaten a long neck over 1200m after racing up on the speed. On trial at this distance but confident she will run it right out. FREAK OF NATURE (7) backs up seven days after looking a chance but tiring late over 1400m at Seymour. Good enough to test this line-up if he brings his best form to the table. FOURTHTIMELUCKY (5) has a wide alley to contend which doesn't help the cause. Not a regular in the winner's circle but he rarely far off them so a good exotics inclusion. OLLANDIA BEACH (2) resumes. Came of age last prep and a bright return is expected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Aussie Adaptor each-way.

Most recently 2nd of 12 at Tocumwal Tocumwal Cup 76 on April 4 over 1300m, 1.0 len behind The Cuban carrying 59.5kg at $10. The run before that didn't do much in the run home; 5th of 9 at Wagga Bm82 on March 29 over 1400m, on a slow track; 6 len behind The Shaper carrying 57kg at $8.50. Racing too well to rule out.
