Drops in weight and trip after fading late to run fifth over 1200m at Gosford. Senior rider goes aboard and ready to win. SARATOGA POWER (1) visors come off in a weaker contest with the 4kg claim. Went back from the outside draw and never got into the contest with a fading last over 1100m in the Wellington Town Plate. Saves his best for this track and rates among the leading chances. KING LARRY (7) poorly drawn at his last two outings and expect to see him race closer to the speed today. Snagged back to last from the outside gate before launching late with a tidy fifth over 1000m at this track. Genuine top-three contender. WAVE BREAKER (5) resumes with the (front) bar plates coming off. Tested from the awkward gate with a battling sixteenth over 1000m at Randwick in Highway class last December.
