Lots of speed predominantly from Lilac Snow, Aftershock and Whistling Strait. SASHA LEE (9) stayed on well when fourth over 1200m on this course last time. The blinkers seem to have done the trick. She will enjoy the rise to 1300m and may be the one to side with. SAUDI SWEEP (1) stayed on well when second over 1400m at Turffontein last time. She is having her peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. Rates well as a leading chance. LIKE A PRAYER (2) has been disappointing in recent form. She should be ideally suited to this distance. She has run a good race under Phelisile Mongqawa and would not be a shock winner on best form shown. LILAC SNOW (3) was her own worst enemy last time as she over raced in the early stages. She returns from a spell which may have done her the world of good. Samuel Mosia is in the saddle and she can finish in the top-three if fit enough.
