Despite the small field Sterrennacht, Transient and Greatest Work will set a genuine tempo. SORBET (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when seventh over 1600m at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including three wins. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. GREATEST WORK (6) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third when resuming last time out over 1600m at this track. Should prove hard to beat once more. JOLLY ROGER (1) was prominent at the turn and finished third last time over 1800m at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. TRANSIENT (3) was beaten 9 lengths into eighth in a 1400m contest at this track last time out. Can improve.
