Anticipating a solid early tempo with plenty of pace engaged. JINGER JAM (3) should have finished closer to the winner last time as she hung inwards over the final 400m. She should love the rise to 2000m. She jumps from pole position with Phelisile Mongqawa booked to ride and is a main danger. LUNAR RAINBOW (2) ran a good race when second over 1800m at Turffontein last time. She finished third in her only attempt on this course. Jumping from an inside draw is one of the leading contenders. ARTIC SILVER (1) has finished fourth in her last three starts, including last time out over 1700m at this track when only a long-neck from the winner. AMBER EYES (4) finished out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1800m at Turffontein Standside. Nicely placed in this line-up to return to form.
