Should camp just off the leaders. Leading contender. WILLEM (5) is back from a spell of four-and-a-half months. Closed last campaign with a minor placing over 2000m at Niigata. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. SHONAN RAPIDUS (10) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by a neck over 1800m at this track. Big chance to repeat the feat. CLOCHETTE NOEL (3) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 2000m at Chukyo, beaten 2 lengths into fifth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
