Garrix, Eight On Eighteen and Dawn Till Dusk to vie for early honours at a solid tempo. EIGHT ON EIGHTEEN (2) was given a peach of a ride when winning the Grade 1 WSB Cape Town Met last time. He ran on well that day and snuck up the inside running rail. He is the class horse in this contest and he should be the one to beat. GARRIX (1) has been beaten by a bad draw in his last two starts. He Starts from the pole position and may be the one to fill the exacta spot. ZEITZ (6) won the Grade 3 City Of Cape Town Politician Stakes easier than the official margin suggests. He should have no issues with the extra 200m on offer and merits healthy respect. SAIL THE SEAS (4) finished fifth in the same race as the third selection in the race referred to above. He is 4.5kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.
