Maiden Race 2400m Track: |

Ligilo has enough pace to cross from the outside draw in a race devoid of genuine early speed. DANON PICTURE (10) finished second, beaten half a length, over 2000m at this track on debut three-and-a-half months ago and has been kept under wraps since. Will be better for that race experience and expected to play a major role. ELINA STORM (9) is back from a break of 12 weeks. Raced twice in her maiden campaign and wasn't far away on either occasion including the last run when second over 2000m at Chukyo. Should take a lot from that first preparation and looks ready for a bright return. CAFE ROI D'OR (14) finished tenth when resuming two runs back then did a good job last start but found a couple better over 1800m at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. LIGILO (18) could only manage to finish 12th, beaten 4 lengths, at his latest appearance over 1800m at Nakayama. Should be about the money.
