Strong tempo with Gregarious, West Cork and Miley's Memory leading the way. Competitive. WEST CORK (4) won't know himself dropping back to a 58. Was flat last time but the two Ipswich efforts prior read well. The 1.5kg claim helps some with the weight rise. Suited. GREGARIOUS (3) led and won this grade on a poly surface turning the form around. Draws ideally and benefits from Newman's 3kg claim. Back on the turf won't be an issue. PER CAPITA (7) won this grade fresh two back and resumed with a nice effort in stronger at Doomben. The longer trip should suit and the 3kg claim brings him right into it. Just needs average luck. SHOWMAN (10) has missed a whisker his last two including here. Draws awkwardly again but retains the 2kg claim. The niggle is the time between drinks. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to West Cork.
