Just a moderate tempo given the absence of pacy gallopers. SNARK PICASSO (6) was resuming from a spell of three months last start when a solid second over this course and distance. Daito Ozawa has registered two minor placings when on board. Fitter and ready to win. WIN CHAGAS (2) finished tenth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1800m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. VIA STELLA (16) returns after ten weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 1800m at Nakayama. Rates highly and is a chance to break through. TWO M KHRONOS (3) finished 9 lengths from the winner in fourth at his most recent outing over 1800m at this track. Expected to feature in the finish this time.
