GOING: G

Rexel Electrical Supplies So You Think Stakes 1500m

Track: GOOD 4   Rain (Max: 11)   Rail: True Entire Circuit.

Fast early pace with Independent Road showing out and Buffalo River crossing to apply some pressure. PERICLES (2) clearly on top. His return in the Group 2 PB Lawrence Stakes was very good without the best of luck, blocked in the straight before finding the line strongly to grab third, beaten under a length. That has already produced the Memsie winner and 1500m at these weights looks ideal. ATTRITION (1) resumes in Adelaide and hit the line well for second. He's a top horse on his day as a Group 1 winner and will be fitter. MUNHAMEK (4) is on the quick turnaround and will be hitting the line strongly. BUFFALO RIVER (5) can give a sight if he gets things in favour. SUGGESTED PLAY: Pericles to win.
