HATTO MERRILY (7) is near a win after four minor placings in a row, the latest a close second over 900m at this track. Has her share of talent and finds a suitable race. BEST TANGO (2) improved last start to finish second over 1500m at this track. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. CINNAMON BLUE (10) started at $6.30 last time on the back of a win at this track two starts ago but was below her best, finishing fifth over 1500m here. Going up a level this time but she deserves another chance. LAUREL RUNWAY (8) raced on pace for much of the way before fading in the straight to finish ninth over 1400m here last time. Will find this more suitable and can bounce back.
