IVY HIMECHAN (8) turned in a fine effort to win by a nose at today's course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to figure in the finish. MISS FORTE (10) was an impressive winner last time over 900m at this track, leading throughout and putting 3 lengths on her rivals. Strong performer at the third run back from a spell with a win and one minor placings from three appearances. Reunites with Masashige Honda who has been in the money two times when aboard. Well placed and should be in the finish. RAVOMI (11) made progress last start to finish second over 900m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Big chance again. I'LL PROTECT (5) was in the money two starts back at Funabashi but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 9 lengths, at this track over 900m. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
