EXCUSE TO CULLECT (2) left NSW as a winner and has been very good in two starts for Jack Butler since, finishing second from this barrier at Redcliffe before using the sprint lane for a narrow win at this circuit and distance last time. Kept fresh but is racing well and draws to advantage. TORO LOCO (9) had to race wide last start so was far from disgraced when midfield. Has had five weeks off since but if things go his way from the second line he can make can impact. YANKEE C J (6) has been solid in two outings since coming from the back row to win at this circuit. Respect. IDEAL DESIRE (4) can feature with her A-game.
