NUM TIME COMMENT
1 05:53 LADBROKES ODDS SURGE PACE 1660m
KASH TIN (3) overcame a back row draw when he scored at this circuit three starts ago and there was merit in the latest effort for fourth over this distance. Should enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Could prove tough to beat. FIRE RAISER (5) makes his first appearance since winning the G1 Qbred Triad Final here in August, his fourth success in six starts as a juvenile. Readied with a nice trial so can make a bright return. MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (9) looks close to a win after he finished runner-up in his last two outings here. The ace draw can see improvement from MIDNIGHT CALM (1).  SUGGESTED PLAY:
2 06:18 GARRARDS HORSE & HOUND PACE 2138m
HELL IM SMOOTH (11) overcame a similar draw to this when he scored at his most recent outing by close to 10 metres in a strong performance at this circuit and distance. Has more upside than most of these and should be fitter again so can go back-to-back. RIBEIRO (5) made it two wins from four starts this time in when he registered a commanding victory last start, scoring by 9 metres at Redcliffe. Could take the next step. ROCKON ROCKY (1) will be fitter again third-up and gets the ace draw so must be considered after he improved for a 1.4m third here two weeks ago. GREAT ACHIEVER (2) draws well and deserves respect off a last-start win by 2.7 metres at Redcliffe.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
3 06:52 PSP FRIDAY FRENZY PACE 1660m
ULTIMATE MIKI (9) looks a gelding of good promise having scored an impressive maiden win by a whopping 32m when resuming last time out at Redcliffe. That was just his third race start so he has plenty of upside. Fitter and can go through his grades. RACE FOR RICHES (10) was midfield last time after coming from this row to score when resuming at the previous appearance at Redcliffe. Has won here before. Go well. ROSIE ROMANCE (7) comes off a last-start win by 5 metres at Redcliffe and also scored here three back. Respect. MACS A DUDE (8) has won two of his last four outings here and draws for a nice trail.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
4 07:25 LEADING EDGE SECURITY PACE 2138m
Smart filly COOL AND CLASSY (8) returns to Brisbane after a strong fresh showing at Menangle where she was beaten only 1.6m in the G3 Raith Memorial. That was her first outing since a terrific juvenile season that saw her win seven of eight starts up to Group 1 level. Looks a class above these. WINDY HILL WALLY (4) comes off back-to-back placings at Marburg, last time coming from a 20m handicap to finish 4m away as runner-up. Can be in the finish. ARKIN WICKED (7) draws wide but should be ready to peak now after finishing second at this venue six days ago. A better draw can see an improved showing from MACH ASSASSIN (3).  SUGGESTED PLAY:
5 07:56 PRYDE'S EASIFEED ENERGY PAK PACE 1660m
TEACHERS PET (5) came from the back row when she won at this venue two starts ago before racing wide and copping a check when midfield at her latest appearance. Finds a suitable assignment and with better fortune can bounce straight back to the winner's circle. HAPPY AS CAN BE (9) was in the betting but had to work last start so that result can be forgiven. Will be fitter for recent racing so is capable of more. SPORTY ZARA (6) owns a decent record at this circuit and distance so could be an improver returning to this venue. It all went wrong for MULLUM DOC (7) when a beaten favourite last start but he may be worth another chance.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
6 08:30 PACE WITH MATES 1 WIN PACE 1660m
OUR ULTIMATE LOIS (5) switches to Grant Dixon from NSW and brings winning form, last start scoring by 5.7 metres at Menangle. Placed in a trial here since and could make an immediate impact for the new yard. WICKED BEAUTY (7) should be close to peaking after two starts this prep, beaten only 1.5m here when fresh before a last-start fourth at Redcliffe. Must overcome a wide draw but with even luck could take this out. BOSTON BEAUTY (6) hasn't raced since a debut win five months ago, scoring by a nose at this circuit and distance. Keep safe. LITTLE HOOFANANNY (4) is another that may be ready to peak third-up from a spell.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
7 09:04 I H CAPITAL MAIDEN PACE 1660m
JAMES ALFRED (5) broke on debut but showed promise with a strong performance last time out, finishing second at this circuit and distance. Has the same draw again and with further improvement likely can take this out. BEACHBABE CROCKER (2) is working up to a win having finished third at this circuit two starts ago before placing again at her latest appearance at Redcliffe. Has the benefit of a good draw. Primary contender. FIRE AND PASSION (1) is at the track for the first time. By Always B Miki and hails from the Grant Dixon stable. Likely to get all the favours from this draw so keep safe. RALLY AROUND (7) draws wide but hasn't been too far from the placings in three starts to date so is worth some thought.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
8 09:38 NUTRIEN EQUINE PACE 1660m
PROSPECTUS (9) hasn't been far away of late and turned in another strong performance last time when she battled on for third at Redcliffe. Draws on the back row but if things go her way she could break through. TRACER BULLET (10) led for a win three back and was good again when he finished third last start at Redcliffe. Cops a second line draw this time but is racing well. TORQUE WRITER (1) gets the ace draw again and will be fitter for recent racing so should be ready to peak now. WILLROBY (8) draws for a trail and is worth some thought.  SUGGESTED PLAY:
