IM BOO (6) drew wide last start and was easily accounted for, beaten 8 metres into seventh at Albion Park over 2138m. Primary contender if anywhere near his best. ARTFUL MAID (2) is worth another chance after a last-start seventh over 1780m at this track six days ago. MISSED CONSEQUENCES (5) is worth some thought despite her last-start eighth over 1660m at Albion Park on April 13.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

 IN EXCESS (5) is back from a break of ten weeks and looks to be right up to the mark following a placing in a recent trial. Expecting a bright start to the campaign. Group 3 placegetter WOODLEA DIEGO (3) finished second last start over 1850m at Marburg, beaten 1.5 metres, after scoring at the previous appearance over 1780m at this track. Sure to enjoy an economical run from this draw. Finds a tougher race but he has the ability to test this field. KEAYANG MOON SHINE (4) didn't do a bad job when fourth over 1660m at Albion Park last time out. NAUTIE GALVINATOR (1) could only finish ninth over 2040m at this track most recently. In the mix if he can recapture his best form.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

 DIEGO DELGADO (1) turned in a much better run at his latest appearance when he scored by 3.5 metres over 1780m at this track. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Recent effort is good enough to put him right in the finish. FAVREAU (7) has been racing well, filling a top-five position at his last 10 starts including a third most recently at this track over 1780m. Shouldn't spend a penny from this draw and the sprint lane may come in handy. Meets a similar line up so he can play a significant role. MILLIEWOOD (2) is the next best after finishing third over 1780m at this track last time out. LA MISTRESS (5) is worth some thought despite her last-start seventh over 1660m at Albion Park on May 3.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

THE RAINBOW BEACH (6) has been racing very well and deserved his victory last time out, scoring by 1.75 metres over 1780m at this track. Leading hope in this comparable race. FLO RYDA (3) has to come into calculations on the back of some strong recent form, most recently when fourth at this track over 1780m. Must be included. BONNIES CAM (7) disappointed last time when eighth over 1660m at Albion Park. Can make amends.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. OCTOBER RACKETEER (3) had about the mark in recent runs before the latest appearance when he scored by 1.75 metres over 1780m at this track. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. Meets a similar line up so he can certainly make it two on the bounce. GABBYS SPORTSTAR (1) was responsible for a better effort last time out when runner-up over 1730m at Bathurst. Should run a big race. THREE ONE FOUR (6) must be included on the back of some solid recent form, most recently when third at this track over 2040m.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Big chance in a similar assignment. FLOORLESS (1) didn't do a bad job when fourth over 1780m at this track last time out. SIX TIMES A LADY (5) must be respected after scoring last start by 1.5 metres at this track over 1780m.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

Showed some ability when a minor placegetter in a recent trial. Makes plenty of appeal. BUCKLEUP (5) is in the mix following a fourth at his most recent appearance over 1780m at this track. FANCY LIKE BARBIE (9) has been about the mark of late and must be respected, the latest offering a sound second at this track over 1780m.  SUGGESTED PLAY:

This is a nice drop in class so he is a major player. FOR OUR DELIGHT (2) was responsible for a very good effort last time over 1780m at this track, finishing second and just a nose from the winner. Will enjoy a nice run from this favourable starting position. Primary contender based on that recent effort. PRECOCIOUS KATE (4) has been thereabouts of late and is a great chance to break through. Good effort last time out when she finished third at this track over 1780m. DEANOTHEDINOSAUR (8) is a consistent performer with three top-three finishes on the trot.
