CRUNCHIE DIVA (5) settled handy then assumed control and maintained the momentum to score in a 1720m race at Penrith last start, arriving 4.5 metres ahead of her rivals to make it two wins from her past five runs. Meets a comparable field so she can certainly make it two on the bounce. HEIDSIECK (1) recorded another strong performance last time when he battled on bravely to just miss out over 1609m at Newcastle, adding to an impressive run of top-three results. No excuses from this advantageous draw. This is a nice drop in grade so he is in the right race to find to the winners' list. CAPTAIN GROOVE (7) is on the radar after his last-start sixth over 2030m at Newcastle two weeks ago. One for the multiples. SENSATIONALIZE (8) comes here following a fifth behind Weona Miss Miki at Listed level two weeks ago over 1609m at Menangle. This easier and a return to form is on the cards.
