ARTHUR SHELBY (12) made it two in succession last start when he got the cash by 2.25 metres over 1980m at this track. Hard to know where he gets from this slightly awkward draw. Meets a comparable field and he is all set to make it a hat-trick. STRIKEM (3) drew a wide gate last start and was safely held, beaten 17 metres into eighth at Mt Harding over 1609m. No excuses from this more advantageous draw. Big chance if anywhere near his best. SACETAS (2) has been racing well and must be considered after he finished third over 1609m at Mt Harding a week-and-a-half ago. WARRIOR CHIEF (8) is the best of the rest after finishing fourth over 1980m at this track last time out.
