THE SURFER (8) is a consistent gelding yet to miss a place this time in. Scored a second-up win two back at Cambridge before another solid showing for third last time. Drops to the distance that has produced all five of his wins. Draws wide but is going well enough to win from there. ALWAYS B ELITE (4) did it tough last time so it may pay to forgive that. Nice effort to fill a minor placing at the previous appearance here. Reaching peak fitness and is capable of taking this out. SEACLUSION (10) returns after four-and-a-half months but has recorded a win and two placings from three fresh attempts so expect a forward showing. ALWAYS B YOU (7) has claims off a win here two back.
