HEAVENS BADGIRL (9) had been about the money in recent runs before making up plenty of ground to get the prize at her latest appearance over 1740m at Riverina Paceway. Hard to know where she gets from this slightly awkward draw. Meets a comparable field and she can make it two on the trot. LENNETH (8) finished second last start, beaten 13 metres at Riverina Paceway over 1740m. Capable of playing a major role so has to be respected. HUDSON RIVER (10) was severely checked and broke last start but is building in fitness and looks nicely placed. BOLANALONG (2) should not have any excuses from the favourable draw and may earn some minor money while fresh.
